We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our team on a 6‑month contract, with the option to extend based on KPI performance.
About the Job
Based in the People & Culture Department at the Hong Kong Corporate Office, the Intern, People & Culture will support a wide range of P&C administrative, reporting, and coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, fast‑paced, diligent, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
The Intern reports to the EA to CPCO.
As Intern, People & Culture, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with P&C data management, reporting, and analysis, including Excel tasks such as pivot tables, formulas, and basic data cleaning.
Preparing, verifying, and tracking expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Supporting travel coordination, including booking flights, accommodation, and handling logistics.
Providing administrative support and assisting with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required.
As Intern, People & Culture, we expect from you:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline (Finance background preferred).
Strong attention to detail, diligence, and an ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
A proactive, fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support cross‑functional work.
