We invite internal applications for positions across all departments and levels.

Language Skills

Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred, though colleagues with additional language skills are welcome.

Internal Transfer Criteria

Colleagues applying must meet the following criteria:

  • Levels 6–8: Minimum 12 months in current role
  • Levels 3–5: Minimum 18 months in current role
  • Levels 1–2: Minimum 24 months in current role
  • Performance rating: “Meets Expectations” or above
  • Disciplinary record: No corrective action plan or written warnings in the past 12 months
  • Eligibility: Must meet visa and local regulatory requirements for the position
