Internal Expression of Interest

We are inviting internal applications for roles across all departments and levels, supporting both the pre-opening phase and ongoing hotel operations.

Language Skills

• Proficiency in Italian and English is strongly preferred
• Additional language skills are welcomed and considered an asset

Internal Transfer Criteria

To be eligible to apply, colleagues must meet the following requirements:

• Levels 6–8: Minimum 12 months in current role
• Levels 3–5: Minimum 18 months in current role
• Levels 1–2: Minimum 24 months in current role
• Most recent performance rating of "Meets Expectations" or above
• No corrective or disciplinary action plan and no written warnings within the past 12 months
• Compliance with visa, mobility, and local employment requirements for Italy
