• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa

• To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings.

参加日会，周会，月会。

             Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events.

             将协助各种工作和相关的活动。

• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Spa Director.

要确保个人卫生和仪容仪表符合酒店标准。

• Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Manager.

必须参加培训由部门经理安排的相关的培训课程。

• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.

必须知道并懂得如何回答水疗和酒店的有关营运的问题。

• Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary.

• To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.

• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Manager.

• Will be responsible for the maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas,  fitness center and Treatment suites. These should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Standards and Procedure and Health and Safety Standards.

• 根据健康安全标准去执行并负责维护清洁整个水疗尤其是更衣室、卫生间、淋浴、休闲区,健身中心和治疗套房。

• Will have attention to detail and be able to arrange spa items in a decorative manner.

• 要以一个良好态度去关注所有的工作细节。

• To assist in the smooth flow of the guests journey throughout the day.

• 在工作时间内协助并顺畅的带客人参观。

• Will be expected to aid therapists in setting up for treatments and clearing away after.

• 有必要去协助理疗师做疗程前房间的布置和疗程后房间的清洁工作。

• Will be expected to ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen.

• 将确保储物柜存放着干净的毛巾在所有时间和移除脏毛巾。

• To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the spa.

• 接受培训以确保所有的工作遵循有关健康和安全的标准和法律法规。

• Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times.

• 一直礼貌对待客人和同事

• To attend to guests in both the relaxation, waiting areas and fitness center ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments.

• Will greet each guest with a smile and acknowledge guest even in passing.

• Will pass along pertinent information at the end of shift.
