Based at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Mandarin Grill, the Intern (Hostess & Server) is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth guest flow and delivering high-quality service standards in line with the hotel’s objectives and brand expectations. The Intern reports to the Restaurant Manager.

作为扒房实习生，您将负责以下职责：

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional first impression.
• 热情迎接到店客人，建立专业的第一印象。
• Manage reservations and table allocation effectively to optimize seating and guest flow.
• 高效管理预订及餐位安排，优化上座率与客流动线。
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a courteous and polished manner.
• 引领客人入座，并以专业得体的方式呈递菜单。
• Maintain communication with service team to ensure accurate guest information and smooth coordination.
• 与服务团队保持沟通，确保信息准确传递与运营顺畅。

• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• 按照文华东方标准提供细致且个性化的餐饮服务。
• Possess good knowledge of menu items, including food and wine pairing basics.
• 熟悉菜单内容，包括基础的菜品与酒水搭配知识。
• Ensure service sequence is followed and guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
• 确保服务流程执行到位，并主动预判和满足客人需求。
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
• 始终保持餐厅环境整洁有序。
