About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Mixologist is responsible to assists the Head Bartender in driving the development and maintenance of an innovative and unique beverage program. He/She is responsible for the smooth running of the service of the designated outlet with service excellence, to deliver business objectives and financial success. The Mixologist reports to the Head Bartender.

As Mixologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepares and serves drinks and food while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels in the bar area.
• Greets guests, explains menu items, and provides recommendations.
• Follows liquor regulations and ensures all served items are accounted for on the bill.
• Assists with guest inquiries, directions, and emergency procedures.
• Attends training sessions and department meetings to maintain service standards.

As Mixologist, we expect from you: 

• EU passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
• Minimum of 2 years' bartending experience.
• Fluency in English.
