The Rising Fan will rotate through Rooms Division Departments: Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and Reservations. The Rising Fan reports to the Front Office Manager. ( 12- 18 month program)
As Rising Fan you will be responsible for the following duties:
Conducts daily briefing as per hotel standards covering the points highlighted in the morning briefings.
Ensure Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards are fully implemented, maintained and executed throughout the department to meet and exceed guests’ expectations and accountable for achieving the goal of Guest Loyalty and Satisfaction Survey (TrustYou) and Mystery Shopper (LQA)d.
Assists to prepare effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance with volume of business.
Development of new Rooms processes and involved in Rooms preparation.
Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, immediate superior and other colleagues both verbally and in writing as per company standards.
As Rising Fan we expect from You:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
Good computer knowledge and typing skills
