About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Front Office Department in Sanya, the PABX Operator is responsible for for answering calls from guests both inside and outside the hotel and providing guest services in accordance with the Group's standards. The hotel operator is primarily responsible for answering calls from guests both inside and outside the hotel and providing guest services in accordance with the Group's standards. The PABX Operator reports to the Manager.
