As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will need to:

  • To be fully aware of designated section menu, recipes, method of production and presentation standards.
  • Prepares the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely & efficient fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service. 
  • Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Ensures that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard. 
  • Operate all kitchen equipment and conduct them with safety in mind at all the times.
  • Carry out close liaison with all section of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
