We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team.

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, colleague engagement activities, and internal communications.

  • Manage internal communications channels and contribute to the creation and distribution of the People & Culture newsletter.

  • Handle colleague inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Support the coordination of payroll and attendance-related documentation.

  • Participate in organizing colleague recognition programs, events, and welfare initiatives.

  • Manage casual labor and interns, including onboarding, scheduling, and performance follow-up.

  • Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience in Human Resources or Hospitality is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
