Purchasing Assistant
Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Purchasing Assistant is in charge of supporting our purchasing department, reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
Determination of supply requirements
Process purchase requests from departments
Maintain the files of executed and unexecuted orders as well as partial deliveries
Maintain and update materials’ software
Receive all goods and delivery’s note checks
Ensure that products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly
Support in the preparation of the end of the month reporting
Be familiar with import procedures, documentation, and approaches that may be required by the Local Government.
Requirements:
Successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
Previous professional experience in Purchasing
Solid MS Office knowledge and Excel skills
Italian and English knowledge
Average gross monthly salary: €1.750,00
