About the job
Based in Hong Kong within the Brand and Communications Department, the Regional Brand Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC) supports the delivery of brand strategy, governance, and execution across the regional portfolio (excluding Greater China). The role reports to the Regional Brand Director, APAC.
As Regional Brand Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support the Regional Brand Director on regional brand initiatives across operating hotels and new openings
Assist with brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and readiness for openings, rebrands, and repositioning projects
Review and align marketing budgets from a brand and content perspective
Prepare brand presentations, strategic decks, and market updates
Provide guidance on 360 marketing activities across digital, social, CRM, PR, campaigns, and content
Review and develop PR materials including press releases and key communications
Support crisis communications where required, ensuring alignment of messaging
Oversee content planning and ensure alignment with brand tone and standards across platforms
Support content production, including shoot planning, creative direction review, and coordination with agencies and hotels
Assist in evaluating brand partnerships and shaping activation plans
Support rollout and localisation of regional and global campaigns
Assist in planning and execution of regional events and activations
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and support brand audits across the portfolio
Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Act as a key point of contact for hotel marketing and PR teams across the region
As Regional Brand Manager, APAC, we expect from you:
5–7 years’ experience in brand, marketing, communications, or content-led roles within luxury hospitality or luxury brands
Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and content standards
Knowledge of luxury consumer behaviour across Asia Pacific
Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders and markets
Exposure to hotel openings or multi-property environments preferred
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work across teams in a regional, matrix organisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage
