About the Job 

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the Rising Fan Rooms reports directly to the Director of Rooms. 

As a Rising Fan, you will be responsible for:

• 12-month program: 6 months Front Office / 6 months Housekeeping
• Exposure to operations and standards in both departments
• Participation in daily operational tasks
• On-the-floor support to teams
• Assistance to the manager with operational duties
• Development of leadership and management skills
• Contribution to guest satisfaction and service standards
• Occasional team coordination in support of management

As Rising Fan we expect from you: 

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter in a 5-star establishment.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.  
• Language skills:
  French – Spoken: Very good, Written: Very good
  English – Spoken: Good, Written: Good
