About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Sanya within the Housekeeping Department in Sanya.The Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the guest rooms and ensure all guest supplies and mini bar items are replenish according to consumption. Complete the Vacant room inspection tasks assigned by the supervisor every day and Rooms plan cleaning. The Room attendant will report directly to the Room Supervisor.

As Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为客房服务员，您需要承担以下职责：

• Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.

准时上班, 上班时穿着干净, 整洁的制服

• Pick up work assignments（work form, minibar form and disinfection form） from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.  Sign in/ out on the attendant sheet and the floor keys. Report to assigned areas with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.

从管家部领取自己的工作任务（做房报表、minibar报表和消毒报表）, 并查看是否有任何问题. 在出席簿和钥匙簿签出所领耶的钥匙, 配备着所需钥匙, 请洁工具等备品到分配的区域中工作

• Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and MO standards.

根据文华东方集团标准设立的工作程序来清洁客房

• Check for any discrepancies on the room attendants report.

检查服务员报告上是否有任何差异

• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.

将任何损坏或者维修以及维护需求上报给管家部

• Report any items found in check out rooms to Housekeeping office.

将所有在已退客房中捡到的物品交给管家部办公室

• Check, replenish all the items( clothing, amenities, beverages in minibar and teas, coffees, sugars and so on) and record mini bar spending on reports.

检查, 补给的所有物品（棉织品、一次性物品、minibar酒水及茶、coffee、糖包等）并将小酒吧消费记录在报表上。

• Inform the Runner to replenish the fruit for the room booked on the day.

通知对客派送员补充当天预定客房的水果

• Following the brand standard and conscientiously complete the turndown task assigned by the F shift supervisor

认真完成中班主管分配的夜床任务并按照集团标准执行

• Complete the inspection task of empty rooms every day in a timely manner

及时完成每天空房的检查任务

• Actively cooperate with the completion of the room plan cleaning project arranged by the supervisor

积极配合完成主管安排的房间计划清洁项目

• Response to guest request in a timely manner.

及时对客人的要求做出回应

• Pick up laundry and dry cleaning items whenever require.

不论在任何时候都可以接收洗衣或干洗

• Following hotel standard to Maintain the cleanliness of work area, pantry and clean the equipment of using( cleanliness equipment： vacuum machine, trolly) 

保持工作区域和工作间的干净, 下班前需把所使用的工具（工具蓝物品）和设备（吸尘器、工作车等）按照酒店规定清洁干净，

• Communicate with Housekeeping offices and colleagues to ensure guests stay in a comfortable environment.

与管家部办公室和同事进行交流, 以确保客人在舒服的环境中.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

履行经理分派的其他任务

• Call supervisor if work assignment is finish early for direction.

如果工作提前完成要通知主管

• Strictly comply with the relevant provisions of the hotel's 《Employee Handbook》

严格遵守酒店《员工手册》相关规定。
