About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona within the Housekeeping Department in Barcelona, the Room Attendant (Sick Leave Cover) is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

As Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and assigned areas according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly.
• Ensure all rooms are presented impeccably and ready for guest arrival.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures established by the hotel.
