About the job

Based at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Sales & Marketing in Hong Kong, the Sales Coordinator is responsible to carrying out secretarial duties and supporting the Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Managers with the supervision of the Personal Assistant to the Director of Commercial Strategy in handling administration matter relating to Sales & Marketing. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales. 

As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist Sales team in handling reservations and follow up assignments, include opening of all accounts, bookings and events in the system

  • Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process

  • Handle all guest enquiries in a professional manner

  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system

  • Perform general office support to Sales team

As Sales Coordinator, we expect from you:

  • Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a luxury hotel

  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential

  • Strong in MS Office applications

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well organized, detail-minded, and be a team player
