About the job

Based Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the Sales Executive (Corporate Team) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients, and promoting the company's products or services. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills to meet sales objectives and ensure high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive (Corporate Team) reports to the Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales.

As Sales Executive (Corporate Team), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate leads.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

As Sales Executive (Corporate Team), we expect from you:

Educational level

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant Education


Work experience

  • 1 – 2 years worked in hospitality industries

Personal qualities:

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English and in local language
