The beachfront resort comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

About the job

Based at the Athens Offices of Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Sales Department, the Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans for assigned Markets and Segments, in order to meet and exceed revenue targets and to support the Resort’s annual Commercial Strategy. The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, create Account Development plans, proactively find new contacts and develop a trusted network of partners.
  • Drive sales initiatives to establish Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino as a premier luxury destination. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and bring new ideas and business intel to the team.
  • Organize and attend client engagement and industry partners’ activities either at the resort or other national and international locations, when necessary.
  • Support Mandarin Oriental's philosophy and company using Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
  • Ensure a high-end luxury performance and communication style is followed in any opportunity given and respect Mandarin Oriental’s guidelines across the board.

As Sales Manager, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
  • Proven track record in luxury hotel sales, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. 
  • Fluency in English. Greek or any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong overall computer literacy, not limited to MS Office.
