Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Security, the Security Agent is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues and hotel property at all times. The Security Agent reports to the Security Supervisor.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店/保安部，保安员负责保障客人、员工及酒店财产的安全，并按照传奇的品质体验。保安员向保安主管汇报。

As Security Agent, you will responsible for the following duties:

作为保安员，您将负责以下职责：

• Maintain a visible presence to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• 维持现场安保巡逻，确保客人与员工的安全环境。
• Handle security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• 及时、专业地处理各类安全事件及突发情况。
• Assist guests and colleagues with safety-related inquiries or concerns.
• 协助客人和同事解决有关安全方面的需求与问题。
• Ensure all safety procedures and hotel policies are strictly followed.
• 确保严格遵守酒店安全政策及操作流程。
