As a Senior Server, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Deliver exceptional, personalized and anticipatory service, ensuring a memorable dining experience consistent with Mandarin Oriental service standards. 
• Take ownership of an assigned section, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, accurate order taking, billing, table presentation and timely food and beverage delivery, and accurate billing. 
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, beverages and seasonal offerings, 
  confidently explaining dishes and providing suitable recommendations to guests.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar and fellow service colleagues to ensure seamless service, while clearly communicating guest preferences, allergies, dietary requirements and special requests.
• Proactively handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and discretion, escalating concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.
• Support and guide junior colleagues during daily operations, sharing service and product knowledge while helping maintain consistent service standards, mise en place, cleanliness and operational readiness.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management or a related discipline is preferred. 
• Minimum 1 years of Food & Beverage service experience, preferably within a luxury hotel. 
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, restaurant operations and guest service etiquette.Good communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English and Mandarin is preferred.
