About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Stewarding Department in Hong Kong, the Stewarding Agent is responsible for Daily operation in the Stewarding areas, paying special attention to the handling and washing of chinaware, glassware and other items used as well as their safe handling and storage. General cleaning of all kitchens and stewarding back of house areas and the cleaning and safe handling of silverware, copperware and other polishing equipment.  The Stewarding Agent reports to the Chief Steward.

As Stewarding Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• General dish washing duties 
• Kitchen utensils and tableware cleaning 
• Kitchen cleaning 
• Operate dish-washing machine
