Supervisar a los/as camareros/as de pisos, valets y personal de limpieza, asegurando la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y áreas asignadas.
Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de MOHG y atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de las solicitudes de mantenimiento (Alice / Infor).
Liderar la operación diaria del departamento en planta, controlando la calidad y eficiencia del servicio.
Participar en formaciones, reuniones y controles periódicos de calidad.
Inspeccionar habitaciones para llegadas.
Perfil esperado:
Fuertes habilidades organizativas, liderazgo activo y supervisión de equipos.
Atención al detalle y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.
Experiencia previa como supervisor/a de housekeeping.
Conocimiento de sistemas hoteleros (Infor, Alice).
