About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office in Hong Kong, within the Technology & AI Transformation function, the Technology & AI Transformation PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and governance of Mandarin Oriental’s Technology & AI transformation initiatives while providing executive enablement support to the CIO and Technology Leadership Team.

The Technology & AI Transformation PMO Analyst reports to the IT Transformation Lead.

As Technology & AI Transformation PMO Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support delivery of Technology & AI transformation initiatives by bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to the portfolio

• Track programme and project status including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and outcomes

• Produce clear, executive-ready portfolio reporting, dashboards, and materials

• Maintain high-quality programme documentation and governance artefacts

• Identify opportunities to improve alignment, delivery efficiency, and value realisation across initiatives

• Support change and engagement activities, including communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking

• Analyse data and insights to support enterprise prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity planning

• Provide executive support to the CIO and Technology leadership team, including meeting coordination, diary management, and travel logistics

• Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, pre-read materials, action tracking, and decision logs

As Technology & AI Transformation PMO Senior Analyst, we expect from you:

• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, technology transformation, project coordination, or similar roles

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Excellent communication skills, with confidence preparing executive-level materials (presentations, briefs, reports)

• Analytical and curious mindset, able to turn data and information into actionable insights

• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini) is an advantage

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across regions and time zones

• Professional, discreet, and dependable with a strong sense of ownership

• Adaptable, open to change, and motivated by continuous improvement

• A genuine interest in technology, data, and AI

• Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and a collaborative working style
