About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping Department in Tokyo, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guestrooms that they are assigned. The Turndown Attendant reports to the Floor Supervisor.

As Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Guest Room Cleanliness and Tidiness
• Guest Room equipment and facilities
• Guest Requests Handling

As Turndown Attendant, we expect from you: 

• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Possess a visa to work in Japan
• Shift availability at 12:00-21:00 (including 1 hour break) or 17:00-21:00 (no break) for 4-5 days per week (including busy weekends/national holidays)

マンダリン オリエンタル 東京では客室清掃を担当するTurndown Attendantを募集します。
ホテル館内にある179室の客室はいずれも30階以上と高層階にあり、和モダンでシック、上質な寛ぎの空間をご提供しております。
大パノラマを見晴らすお部屋で、12:00-21:00または17:00-21:00のいずれかの時間帯でご担当頂ける方を募集しております。

12:00-21:00の勤務の場合、客室清掃とターンダウンの両方の業務をご担当頂く予定です。
