About the job

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests. This includes taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

As a Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained before, during, and after service.
  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other service team members for smooth operation.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up stations or cleaning.

As Waiter/ess, we expect from you: 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in service (Hotel/Resort) is an advantage.
