Regarding the hotel's gastronomy, we have a 2 Michelin star restaurant, a wonderful cocktail bar, indoor garden Mimosa and the pool terrace where guests can enjoy light dining and spectacular views.

The hotel Spa consists of 8 treatment rooms, both facial and body, indoor pool and gym.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona within the Food & Beverage Department in Barcelona, the Waiter / Waitress (Fijo Discontinuo) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized and professional service to our guests. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager.

As Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide friendly, professional and personalized service to guests in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages and daily specials.
• Prepare, set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests and concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Present and explain menu concepts, ingredients and chef recommendations to guests.
• Deliver personalized and anticipatory service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of seasonal menus, wine pairings and signature dishes.
• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
