As a Waiter / Waitress in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:
Prepare mise-en-place
Set up table according to reservation plan
Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
Ensure side stations are stocked sufficiently and tidy at all times
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Cantonese
Initiative and good customer service skills
Experienced in Western cuisine / Bar area is highly preferred
The F&B Executive is responsible to assist Managers to ensure a smooth operation. He/She will have to respond proactively to guest queries and to ensure guest's satisfaction are met at all time.
