Brand Administrator

  • This job is based in Hong Kong.
  • Provide Dedicated Personal Assistance: Schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange business travel itineraries, and prepare expense reports with precision for the SVP.
  • Expense and Invoice Handling: Manage the processing of invoices, prepare expense reports, and ensure accuracy in cost recharge documentation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage the end-to-end logistics of global material distribution.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor merchandising stock levels, handle replenishment efficiently, and produce accurate stock reports.
  • Travel Support: Coordinate team travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks such as updating awards records, maintaining contact lists, and supporting day-to-day operations as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Brand team with ad hoc projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with departmental goals.

Minimum Job Requirement

Educational Background

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in administrative support / personal assistant roles, preferably in an international or multicultural work environment.

Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different nationalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Basic accounting principles is an advantage.
