About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping Department in Tokyo, the Room Cleaning Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guestrooms that they are assigned.

- Daytime room cleaning between 9:00-17:00, 9:30-17:30, 11:00-20:00 for 4-5 days per week including Sat/Sun/holidays

The Room Cleaning Attendant reports to the Floor Supervisor.

As Room Cleaning Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Guest Room Cleanliness and Tidiness
• Guest Room equipment and facilities
• Guest Requests Handling
