  • Organize internal Quality Audits and evaluate performance
  • Communicate quality results and scores to all colleagues
  • Provide recommendations for action plans to improve quality scores and performance
  • Connect with the Director of Quality on a regular basis
  • Elaborate monthly quality reports
  • Review guest feedbacks from all channels
