Position Title: Transformation Project Manager

Position Objective
The Transformation Project Manager will be dedicated to leading the Labour Optimisation programme across Mandarin Oriental Hotels, implementing technology and best practices to streamline operation workforce management. The objective of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of project(s).
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic projects and ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Project Governance & Planning (20%)
Lead project governance including regular meetings, updates to SteerCo, and maintaining key project documentation such as plans, checklists, RAID logs, and budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Corporate, Hotels, and other functional areas to ensure alignment and support.
Workstream Coordination (20%)
Liaise with workstream leads to foster cooperation, track progress, and identify risks early.
Change Management (20%)
Define and advise on best practice change strategies, encourage adoption, and support teams in navigating change positively.
Team Support & Knowledge Sharing (20%)
Provide training and support to project teams and users, and work collaboratively to capture and share best practices across the group.
Communication Requirements
This role involves both internal and external communication. Key requirements include:
Proven experience in change management and effective communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Job Requirements
· Experience in delivery of digital transformation projects across Finance, Operation , IT, or Customer
· Project management experience
· Experience in managing a large-scale project ideally with regional exposure
· Excellent track record in change management and communications
· Project management training
· Prior experience of system and/ or operating model implementation
· Experience with coordinating and facilitating workshops
· Hospitality experience preferred but not required
· Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with stakeholders across regions, levels and departments
· Seeks continuous improvement opportunities and actively listens and builds on others’ ideas
· Hands-on, whilst being able to see the bigger picture
· Proficient in English
