About the Job
 

Operations Finance oversees all Finance activity within our hotels and residence, as well as day-to-day management, the team are building out new capability to drive continuous improvement to transform ways of working across the Group. This role will be dedicated to one of the core projects in Revenue Management, an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role, working closely with Corporate Revenue Management, Commercial, Operations and IT. This role may be based in either or London or Hong Kong Corporate offices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation effort for the “Operate with Excellence” project, on property with a focus on Revenue Management transformation, rolling out Revenue Management Best Practices and process

  • Lead the communication, coordination, and sharing between Corporate and properties

  • Inspire, and ideate around new initiatives in the Revenue Management process and tools that enable hotels to drive topline performance

  • Share properties' learning across network, to boost innovation, effectiveness and efficiency

  • Drive new Revenue Management initiatives testing and implementation, by enabling the property leaders and change agents

  • Regularly report out on progress with corporate project team

Qualifications

  • Open to travel (80% travel)

  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver large-scale transformation projects, ideally in a multinational corporate setting

  • Prior Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Commercial Experience would be a huge advantage

  • Prior project and change management expertise preferred

  • Understanding of stakeholder's different needs, able to flex communicate style and ensure consider people and culture implications of changes

  • Strong operations/ finance background, with understanding of process optimisation and procurement

  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required

  • Analytical and data-driven decision maker with structured problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills, and ability to train and pass the knowledge to others

  • Solution-oriented and positive leader, excited to drive change in the property and organization at large

  • Personable, across levels of the organisation

  • Willing to be part of broader transformation effort sharing learnings with other properties and the transformation team

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

  • Demonstrates solid leadership qualities, self-driven, and organised
