About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club is responsible for our rooftop restaurant “Munich Sushi Club”. The Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club reports to the Seasonal Restaurant Manager.
As Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club, you will responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Munich Sushi Club
Maintains a complete working knowledge of the menu, wine list and any special promotions
Representation of the Seasonal Restaurant Manager
Contact person for guest requests or complaints
Control of the mise en place for the daily business
Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
As Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club, we expect from you:
Experience in a similar work environment, preferred as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Structured and organized way of working
Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
Very good communication skills in German and English
