About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club is responsible for our rooftop restaurant “Munich Sushi Club”. The Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club reports to the Seasonal Restaurant Manager.

As Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the Munich Sushi Club
• Maintains a complete working knowledge of the menu, wine list and any special promotions
• Representation of the Seasonal Restaurant Manager
• Contact person for guest requests or complaints
• Control of the mise en place for the daily business
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As Assistant Seasonal Restaurant Manager – Munich Sushi Club, we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar work environment, preferred as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Structured and organized way of working
• Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
• Very good communication skills in German and English
