As AV Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Ensure that all audio-visual equipment and lighting in all function rooms are in order and in good condition to facilitate the smooth daily operation
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment and lighting for the respective events
• Assist in equipment distribution, i.e. prepare and setup equipment for next day’s events and ensure equipment meets the demands of the job
• Inspect, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to audio-visual equipment
• Monitor and maintain inventory records of audio-visual equipment
• Ensure all equipment is being stored and maintained adequately
• Assist in Banquet Operations when necessary
• Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service
• Ensure that all MOHG standards; MbMO, LRA, LQE and FLHSS&E are constantly monitored
• Any adhoc projects and assignments assigned by the Director of Banquet Operations

As AV Specialist, we expect from you: 

• Able to do shift work and work on weekends (5 day work week)
• Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Communicates with fluency in English
