We are recruiting a Bar Supervisor
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the bar teams across both venues, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Depending on the shift, you may also be required to craft cocktails and prepare drinks directly behind the bar.
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for opening and closing procedures, including the end-of-day cash register reconciliation. You must be capable of handling guest complaints, following up accordingly, and managing communication via email and internal software systems.
You will ensure the smooth running of service and guest satisfaction, delivering all beverages in line with the hotel’s quality standards, hygiene regulations (HACCP), and internal procedures. You are expected to maintain excellent guest relations and ensure a premium experience at all times.
Job Requirements:
High School qualification or equivalent
Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred
A minimum of 4/5 years of experience as Chef de Rang/ Barman(maid)
French & English mandatory
Standards driven and motivational leader
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity
You will have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
