 Bartender, Food & Beverage

SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a Bartender to join our vibrant and dynamic food and beverage team.

As a Bartender at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Training and coaching other bar staff on beverage preparation, recipes and standards.
  • Being able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the bar operation.
  • Always following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service.
  • Achieving the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
  • Being responsible for the set-up and operation of bar station/section.
  • Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in ABar.
  • Providing services for guest such as order taking, promoting the outlet’s food and beverages offerings.
  • Providing recommendation and preparing wine, cocktail and spirit choice for the guest.

 

As a Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
