Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Demichef de Partie - Patisserie is responsible for our pasty. The Demichef de Partie - Patisserie reports to the Pastry Chef.
As Demichef de Partie - Patisserie, you will responsible for the following duties:
Production, preparation and presentation of food with a particular attention to detail
Preparation of the necessary mise en place
Careful and attentive handling of the products provided
Support with the daily tasks in the patisserie
As Demichef de Partie - Patisserie, we expect from you:
Completed training as a chef or confectioner
experience in a confectionery in a similar position
A passion for the craft of confectionery
Creativity, teamwork and flexibility
language skills in German or English
