Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Villa Ambassador/Guest Relations to join our Guest Experience team.

Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is located on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese, one of the most unspoiled and breath-taking landscapes in the Mediterranean, and 45 minutes’ drive from Kalamata International Airport. The beachfront resort comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Guest Experience Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Villa Ambassador/Guest Relations is responsible to provide a professional and personalised service from pre-arrival, arrival to departure of all Signature Suite guests. All preferences and guests’ requests need to be attended to in a courteous and efficient manner as per the Mandarin Oriental standards. The Villa Ambassador/Guest Relations reports to the Villa Manager.

As Villa Ambassador/Guest Relations, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Guest Arrival & Departure: Greets guests, provides in-suite check-in/out, offers welcome drinks, and conducts hotel tours.
  • Guest Assistance & Personalisation: Handles luggage, un/packing, and ensures guest preferences are met, including room setup and special requests.
  • Coordination with Departments: Works closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Room Service for seamless guest experiences.
  • Service & Amenities Management: Ensures suites are fully stocked with amenities, monitors inventory, and prepares necessary tools.
  • Guest Experience Tracking: Notes guest preferences, updates records, and ensures continuity of personalized service across shifts.
  • Meetings & Training: Attends daily briefings, department meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance service quality.

As Villa Ambassador/Guest Relations, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Butler or Guest Relations position in a luxury hotel/resort.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management will be considered as a plus.
  • Fluency in English. Greek or any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong overall computer literacy, not limited to MS Office.
  • Prior experience in opening a luxury hotel environment will be taken into consideration.
  • Availability to work in rolling shifts, as well as on weekends and bank holidays.
