About the job

The Bartender will offer and prepare an exceptional selection of creative drinks. He/she will support the servers in all other required tasks under the direction of his/her respective managers and supervisors.

As Barman, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greet and seat customers
• Advise customers and ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service
• Participate in various tasks related to service (setting up, taking orders, serving, clearing)
• Master the menu to inform customers and boost sales
• Ensure excellence in customer service
• Prepare cocktails from the menu

As Barman, we expect from you: 

• Training in hospitality, ideally with a specialization in Bar
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and courtesy
• First successful experience in a similar establishment
• Enthusiasm and excellent sense of service
• Proactive with strong creativity and innovation
• Fluent in English
