As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in the below duties.

Digital Marketing Manager reports to Director of Marketing and Communications.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Digital Performance Marketing
Lead the development, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns including paid search, programmatic advertising, native placements, and paid social media to drive traffic, engagement, and direct revenue.

Campaign Management
Oversee the day-to-day management of digital marketing accounts, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed, monitored, and continuously optimized for performance.

Paid Media Strategy
Manage and scale PPC campaigns across key markets and segments, ensuring efficient budget allocation and alignment with the hotel’s commercial and marketing objectives.

Digital Growth & Innovation
Actively contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Testing & Optimization
Plan, execute, and evaluate digital experiments and conversion tests to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.

Customer Journey Optimization
Analyze the end-to-end digital customer journey across multiple channels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion points, optimize user funnels, and enhance the booking experience.

Agency & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with digital agencies and technology partners to ensure seamless collaboration, strong campaign performance, and alignment with brand standards.

Digital Innovation & Technology
Monitor emerging digital technologies and marketing trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the hotel’s digital ecosystem and maintain a competitive advantage.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, evaluating results against KPIs, ROI, and revenue targets.

Insights & Optimization
Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance, improve targeting strategies, and maximize return on marketing investment.

Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Communications, F&B, Revenue Management, and other departements team to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with broader brand and commercial strategies.

As Digital Marketing Manager, we expect from you:

•    Degree in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing preferred but not required
•    Minimum 2 year working experience in a 5 star hotel preferred
•    Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital platforms and tools.
•    Familiarity with CMS (Content Management System) platforms and basic HTML is an advantage.
•    Good understanding of visual storytelling, copywriting, and brand consistency across digital channels
•    Ability to analyze digital performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
•    Strong command of English is essential; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
•    Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry and competitor landscape preferred
•    Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
