The hotel Director of IT is responsible for the compliance of the Information Technology and Audio Visual environment within the hotel or hotels they are responsible for. This includes, but not limited to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data regulations, network security compliance and regulations, end of life management and planning, project management, budget planning, compliance with the MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines, external and internal audit compliance and routine task management.
The Director of IT is the main technical interface between the hotel operations and the corporate function of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
The Director of IT responsibilities are generally separate from the hotel(s) IT Support team and should be available weekdays for escalation, colleague engagements, and corporate IT critical tasks or follow up.
