About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping Department in Tokyo, the Room Cleaning Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guestrooms that they are assigned. The Room Cleaning Attendant reports to the Floor Supervisor.

As Room Cleaning Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Guest Room Cleanliness and Tidiness
• Guest Room equipment and facilities
• Guest Requests Handling

As Room Cleaning Attendant, we expect from you: (brief overview of requirements)

• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Shift availability at 10:00-17:00 (including 1 hour break) for 4-5 days per week (including busy weekends/national holidays)
