About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Housekeeping department, the Housekeeping Supervisor reports to the Director of Rooms.
As Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for the following duties:
Report directly to the Director of Rooms and oversee the daily cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms and public areas under your responsibility
Ensure the well-being of guests by maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation
Lead, train, and motivate your team daily, fostering a climate of trust, collaboration, and a shared drive for excellence
Contribute actively to the hotel’s quality image and support the achievement of service and financial goals (guest satisfaction, team satisfaction, profitability, etc.)
Propose and implement new methods, procedures, or organizational processes to continuously improve service and working conditions
Manage operational budgets and KPIs with rigor, including linen and uniform inventories, housekeeping supplies, and amenities
Drive and support departmental projects aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing guest experiences
