About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the F&B Supervisor, Breakfast is responsible for the breakfast shift. The F&B Supervisor, Breakfast reports to the Restaurant Manager.
As F&B Supervisor, Breakfast, you will responsible for the following duties:
Working in all shifts of Breakfast
Responsibility for the smooth workflow in Breakfast
Leading shifts in our breakfast
Planning, preparation and execution of the daily business
Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
As F&B Supervisor, Breakfast, we expect from you:
Professional experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
You are flexible, creative and team-oriented
You enjoy being a host
Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
Very good communication skills in German and English
