Finance & Purchasing Trainee

• Cost Control (Analysis of food and beverage costs contributing to F&B profits, inventory counts). 

• Accounts Payable (day-to-day invoice processing; manage the whole payment process, helping the management to recognise potential liability and cash flow impact). 

• General Accountant (Reconciliation of the General Ledger and assisting in the preparation of accurate Balance Sheet reconciliation). 

• Finance Administration Manager (among other tasks, we will focus our trainee in the proper recording of operation equipment and fixed assets, capital investment tracking and analyst, depreciation and disposals).  

• Income Auditor (Ensures the revenue are captured, booked, audited and classified according to MOHG Standards). 

• Accounts Receivable (Maintains and Controls the City Ledger accounts). 

• Financial Accountant (Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports). 

• Assistant Financial Controller (Analysis of all Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) versus Budget and Forecast).
