The role of Feasibility Analyst (6-month Contract) involves conducting in-depth market and financial evaluations of potential hotel greenfield development and rebranding opportunities in supporting the Group’s strategic pillar of ACCELERATION.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Modelling and Projections: Build financial models, including revenue forecasts and cost estimations adhering to Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI), and develop discounted cashflow to evaluate project’s financial viability.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, supply trends, and competitive landscapes for potential ultra-luxury hotel projects, through conducting desktop search, and site visits and stakeholder interviews where necessary.
Collaboration: Act as an integral partner to the Development, Technical Services, Revenue Management, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to identify and evaluate new development opportunities.
Reporting and Presentations: Support the preparation of RFP proposal, pitching presentations etc to secure management opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a similar field of study.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury hotel industry, hospitality consulting firms, real estate development, or finance fields.
Knowledge of financial valuation methodology (DCF).
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet and financial modelling (e.g., Excel) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders from different regions.
