Responsible for overseeing both the service and appearance of the Fitness & Wellness areas.
Continually monitor equipment usage and attendance of guests in all health, fitness and wellness activities and programs.
Review and follow up accordingly with equipment maintenance contracts.
Training
Designs and executes training for Fitness Facilitators, and Personal Trainers.
Training personnel to be able to explain all Fitness & and Wellness programs
To provide any coaching or program instruction that is within skill set and personal knowledge
System
Continue to update SOP’s for facilitators and personal trainers accordingly
Oversee and continue to update the filing system accordingly
Operations
Oversees the maintenance of the swimming pool, fitness center and studio
To assist performing fitness evaluations as and when necessary and personal programs
Manages specific incentive programs for Spa Colleagues pertaining to Fitness and Wellness, to secure the identity of being the leader and role model in the spa and wellness industry.
Conduct fitness and wellness program as and when is necessary
To be the first point of contact for corporate groups.
Act as Manager on Duty for daily spa operations
Secure bookings, scheduling, itineraries – full administration duties for all Fitness & Wellness activities and complimentary/ wellness programs
Ensure LQE’s are fresh and well practiced at all times
