FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a JOB TITLE at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • Assisting the Director of Food and Beverage and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for all day to day operational activities within the Food and Beverage Division
  • Ensuring the profitability, efficiency and creativity in each Food and Beverage outlet including banquet functions, outside catering events and in-room dining
  • Providing functional as well as operational assistance and direction to the Food & Beverage operation
  • Identify areas for improvement in service and food & beverage quality and driving training and quality standards across the division
  • Encouraging proactive, efficient and effective inter-departmental communication in order to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Ensuring administration of F&B systems and compliance with company policies and procedures

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns will include evening weekends and bank holidays coverage, so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Food & Beverage Manager candidate, you will have previous experience managing an F&B outlet/s and team, be organised and a team player.
