As a Receptionist you will play a key role in creating a first impression for our guests. Your professionalism, presentation and communication skills will be key to this position.
The main focus of your job will be:
Responsibility for providing a warm welcome to our guests.
Ensuring a flawless check-in/check-out process
Answering incoming phone calls
Taking care of guests during their stay
Administration related to the running of the reception
Independence and proactive approach
What we expect from you:
Experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel environment
Very good knowledge of English at a communicative level; other language skills are an advantage
Professionalism and pleasant demeanour
Great attention to detail and a desire to exceed guest expectations
Computer skills (MS Office)
Willingness and flexibility to work in shift work
