Guest Experience Supervisor 

39 hours, 5 days per week 

We’re looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our Guest Experience team.

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and training the Guest Experience team and agents, checking the quality of arrival reports, guest profiles and communications.
  • Handling internal and external hotel calls, overseeing multiple mailboxes and instant messaging service, as well as maintaining the internal hotel phone directory.
  • Working alongside the Assistant GE Manager and GE Manager to ensure the highest level of service and quality is being provided at all times.

To be a successful candidate, you must have previous supervision/management experience in a hospitality setting, ideally within Rooms in a luxury hotel. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and spoken), with the ability to problem solve and deliver results.
